Floating stage and auditorium

These are the "crown jewels" of the Festspielhaus Bregenz. In the summer months, internationally acclaimed opera performances take place on this outdoor stage, against the spectacular backdrop of mountains and the setting sun. The Bregenz Festival’s Floating Stage is the largest such stage in the world. Pop giants like Elton John, Supertramp, Falco and Herbert Grönemeyer have also taken the opportunity of performing on this unique stage and sampling its incomparable atmosphere. The auditorium offers seating for 6,980 people. You too can use this venue for your concert or presentation. You can expect a standing ovation at the end!
